Important Notice: Changes to the ubitricity
Charging Network in Lambeth
From March 17th 2025 there will be some important changes to our network in Lambeth.
Starting soon, the ubitricity charging network in Lambeth will transfer to the council to run and operate. This transition will begin on March 17th 2025 and is expected to be completed by April 2025.
The London Borough of Lambeth will manage the operation and maintenance of the designated charging points previously under ubitricity’s management. We are working closely with the council to ensure continued seamless access to charging facilities for EV drivers in Lambeth.

While this change may require some adjustment, rest assured that ubitricity remains dedicated to providing a convenient and reliable charging network across the UK. We value your continued support and understanding as we work to improve the EV charging experience for our EV community.

Who do I contact If I have issues using a charge point?
If the charge point is branded Shell Recharge or ubitricity please contact us at 0800 024 6279 or support@ubitricity.co.uk. Let us know the charge point ID and our customer service team will support you.
If the charge point is branded char.gy please use their customer service details as shown on the charge point.
Will this affect the rest of the ubitricity network?
This transition will only affect the Lambeth ubitricity network. This will not affect the rest of the ubitricity network.
